ConduStone is a conductive synthetic stone tile patented by Bosnor. It is composed of 85% high quality quartz sands and 15% polyester resin, with an additional patented conductive treatment distributed evenly throughout the tile.
ConduStone is produced in our manufacturing sites using our own technology. The raw materials are weighted and mixed using a continuous, automated system. The fresh mixture is subjected to vacuum in order to eliminate the entrapped air, and then cast into the mould. After the casting process, the mould is conveyed to the injection area where the conductive ink micro-injections are executed.
Once the curing process is finished and material has reached its final hardness and mechanical properties, the following steps of calibrating, polishing and cutting are performed in order to obtain the ConduStone tiles as a finished product.
The finished tiles undergo strict quality control tests to check their dimensions, planimetry, colour shade, brightness and conductivity.
